How we ship:
Freshly made, your order ships directly from AvenueSweets and is FREE on all U.S. orders. We select the best rate. Typically, that's the US Postal Service.
US Postal Service Priority Mail is usually 2-4 business days.
US Postal Service Parcel Select is usually 2-7 business days.
US Postal Service First Class is usually 3-7 business days.

Need it quicker or prefer UPS or FedEx instead of the Postal Service? At checkout, you can select:
UPS GROUND: 2-5 days
THREE DAYS: 3 business days
SECOND DAY: 2 business days
NEXT DAY: 1 business day
Tracking Your Order:
If you provide a correct e-mail address when placing your order, you will receive e-mail notification of shipment and a tracking number. NOTE: These e-mails sometimes get caught in spam filters.
Want your package to arrive on a specific day? When you place your order you will see a slot titled "OPTIONAL / Date for delivery:". Place your desired date in the slot and we will do our best to have your item arrive as close to that date as possible.
Warm Weather Shipping
Unlike chocolate, AvenueSweets caramels and brittle can be shipped year round. If necessary, we will pack with ice gel packs during the summer or when shipping to a warm weather location. NOTE: Any package left outside in direct sunlight during extreme heat for an extended period of time has the potential to be damaged. If you think this may be the case, you might want to choose to have your package shipped to a work address where it will be delivered indoors just to be safe.
