How long does it stay fresh?
Caramels: Approximately three months. They will stay fresh longer if they are kept sealed in bags.
Brittle: Approximately 6-7 months.
Sauce: Up to year. Keep refrigerated after opening.
Can I freeze it?
Caramels: Yes. It will extend their life. Just let them warm back to room temperature before eating them. Be patient. It might take awhile. We don't want broken teeth.
Brittle: Not suggested. The condensation from freezing will make the brittle very sticky.
Sauce: Not needed. Just refrigerate after opening.
Among the most common allergies: (a) Nuts: All of our products are cut on equipment that is also used to cut products containing tree nuts - almonds and pecans in particular. In addition, our products are packaged in a facility that also packages products containing peanuts and various tree nuts. Therefore, it is possible that all of our products may contain traces of nuts. (b) Dairy: We offer a dairy free vegan line of products. (c) Gluten: Our Beer Brittle contains gluten. The remainder of our products are gluten free. NOTE: If you are sending a gift, you can be assured that each product will have a list of ingredients and allergy information clearly labeled.

How much to ship?
With the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering free shipping on all orders in the United States - including Hawaii and Alaska.
How will my order be shipped?
The majority of orders to residential addresses are shipped via US Postal Service 2-3 Day Priority Mail. We also generally ship US Postal Service Priority Mail in the following instances:
When shipping to warm weather locations or during summer months. This helps ensure quicker arrival and to protect against potential damage.
When shipping to P.O. Boxes.
When shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
We also utilize UPS for larger shipments or when shipping to business locations.
How soon after I place my order will it be shipped to me?
In most cases, orders placed before 1pm Mountain time will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, orders will be shipped the following day.
Can I order now and have my order shipped to arrive on a specific future date?
Yes. When ordering a product, there is a slot you can request a specific arrival date. While we can't guarantee an exact delivery date, we'll do our best!
How can I check the status of my shipment?
If you provide a correct e-mail address at the time you place your order, you will receive e-mail notification of shipment and a tracking number. If you didn't receive one (these confirmation e-mails sometimes get caught in spam filters), please contact us.
Shipping outside the United States:
Our website is set up only for shipping to the U.S. and Canada. Deliveries to Canada generally take 7-10 days but can vary a bit depending the speed of the package clearing Canadian customs (who tend to take their time). If you'd like to ship outside of the U.S. or Canada please contact us and we'd be happy to get you pricing.
Do you have a retail location?
We do not have a retail store. But, you can generally visit our manufacturing location weekdays between 9am - 4:30pm Mountain Time and purchase our products. Just give us a call at 801-556-9788 and we'll provide directions.
Will you share my information with others?
No. We will not share any private information with third parties. You may occasionally receive e-mails from us about products or offers that we feel may be of interest to you. If you do not want to receive those, you can remove yourself by clicking the link at the bottom of the e-mail.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is simple: We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us and we'll get you a refund.
Can you incorporate my logo to personalize and customize packaging?
Yes. We can include your logo by including a custom label with your logo on the packaging, by creating custom gift cards - or both. For information on corporate or bulk orders, click here.
