Do you have a retail location?
No. Not at this time. However, you can generally visit our manufacturing location during regular business hours (M-F 9a-5p Mountain Time) and purchase our products. Just give us a call at 801 556 9788 and we'll provide directions.
Can I safely use my credit card on line with AvenueSweets?
Yes! AvenueSweets provides a safe and secure shopping experience. You can feel completely confident that your credit card information, name, address, e-mail and any other information you provide remains secure.
In fact, we double secure your transaction. In addition to offering the industry standard security measures available through your browser called SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, it is re-encrypted using PGP encryption, which makes the information unreadable. This information is then pushed to an offline server (not accessible via the Internet) where the information is safely decrypted and the transaction is completed.
Will you share my information with others?
No. AvenueSweets will not share any private information with third parties. You may occasionally receive e-mails from AvenueSweets about products that we feel may be of interest to you. How will my order be shipped?
Your order will generally ship via UPS Ground Service. Packages will be shipped U.S Postal Service 2-Day Priority Mail at no extra charge under the following circumstances:
- When shipping to warm weather locations or during summer months.
- When shipping to P.O. Boxes.
- When shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
Deliveries to Canada will take 7-10 days. Visit our Shipping page for information on our low, flat rate shipping prices.
How soon after I place my order will it be shipped to me?
In most cases, orders placed before 2pm Mountain time will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, orders will be shipped the following day.

Can I place an order to be delivered Internationally?
While we have shipping tiers set up specifically for U.S. and Canadian addresses only, we are happy to ship your international packages. Please contact us for a price quote.

Can you provide me with allergy information for your products?
Yes. Among the most common allergies:
(a) Nuts: All of our products are cut on equipment that is also used to cut products containing various tree nuts. Thus, it is possible that all of our products may contain traces of nuts. In addition, our products are packaged in a facility that also packages products containing peanuts and tree nuts.
(b) Dairy: All of our products contain dairy products. Please see the list of ingredients for the specific product you are interested in.
(c) Gluten: All of AvenueSweets products are gluten-free.
